NETCAT, NorthEast Texas Career And Technical Consortium, is a career and technical consortium made up of 13 member school districts in five counties. These districts have pooled their Carl Perkins federal Career and Technical education funds to provide career development resources for member districts and to provide support for technical programs. Examples of services provided are: student interest assessment, subscription to career, education and life planning web service, state, regional, local CTE laison, scheduled events for students, CTE program planning, counselor forum, monthly newsletter (LifeDraft), and staff development.
